Dedicated tracks in primary care (Alaska Track), health equity, and research. Resident Education and Advocacy for Child Health (REACH) Pathways in domestic and global health. Senior electives in research, teaching, global health and advocacy. Longitudinal curricula for Residents as Teachers and Leaders (RATL) and inclusion, cultural humility, diversity, and equity (INCLUDE). Salary listed includes base + $8500 cost of living allowance. Allowance is paid out over the academic year in each check.
