Large research program with significant federal funding. 100% oral Board exam pass rate >5 years. Very successful fellowship placement rate for the last 20 years. 1/2 SD above national mean on in-service exam. Very strong surgical preparation with early immersion. Heavy resident involvement in program process improvement.
