University of Texas Medical Branch Hospitals Program
About This Program
Our program aims to prepare physicians for comprehensive health care for children and adolescents. We have a close-knit program with a family feel. The educational environment begins with a curriculum that progressively increases residents' autonomy over the training continuum. Our state-of-the-art Level IV NICU is an excellent learning environment for caring for the smallest of our patients. With few fellows, our residents learn management and coordination of general and subspecialty care.
